Authenticity, Confidence, and Courage
Every workplace presents its own challanges, therefore leaders must learn to work with people who think, act, and communicate differently then them. The focus of this series is to develop practical insights and strategies to thrive in the workplace with courage and authenticity through increased self-awareness and self-mastery. This workshop is a one day virtual session followed by three Mentor Coaching Webinars every 3-4 weeks and capped off with a 1-2 day in-person session.
Expected Outcomes:
At the conclusion of the series, participants will meet in- person to reinforce and share learning, discuss personal experiences, celebrate accomplishments, reflect, and develop confidence in a way forward strategy.
Participants gain a deeper understanding of their own unique leadership style: strengths, limiting behaviours, and the ability to recognize their own agency.
Participants will gain tools to help navigate workplace challenges faced by women and respond to culture and gender assumptions.
Participants come away with a personal development plan to help impact organizational culture and grow confidence.
Ultimate Outcome: to learn to navigate different scenarios using your unique strength, increasing self- acceptance, self-management, courage, resilience, and authenticity.
