“This virtual certification course was focused and informative. Lorraine kept all of us engaged in active learning, reflections, peer discussions and group activities to dig into the knowledge and skills of emotional intelligence and the assessment tool of EQ-i 2.0. The program gave me insights into the impactful role of EI in our personal and professional dynamics, and created the baseline for continuing development and action for change.”
